Seaford Little League AED Program
In an effort to ensure the safety of our players and
spectators, Seaford Little League is proud to announce that
ALL Seaford Little League coaches are now trained to perform
CPR and operate an AED.  Over the last few months, Seaford
Little League, Seaford Fire Dept and The Robbie Levine
Foundation have worked together to certify all of our coaches
in CPR and AED use.  From this point forward, ALL our coaches
will be required to remain certified in these skills in order to
be eligible to coach in our program.

Currently a total of 10 AED's are now located at Seamans
Neck Park, St Williams, Waverly Ave, Washington Avenue Park,
and Seaford High School which comprise all of our field
locations.  AEDs are kept in secure boxes which have been
purchased by Seaford Little League to house the AEDs as well
as Ice Packs and First  Kits to help in less serious medical
situations.  These boxes will be unlocked by our coaches before
each game commences and then secured again once the game is
game completed.

Seaford Little League would like to take moment to thank The
Robbie Levine Foundation and The Louis J Acompora Memorial
Foundation for their generous donations of five of the AEDs
for this program and Andy Fassano MD who is helping supervise
the program.  The training of our coaches and the purchase of
the remaining AEDs and storage equipment have been paid for
by the Seaford Little League.  The safety of our players,
parents, spectators, and all persons at our fields is our top
priority.  We will continue to enhance our AED program to
best assure the safety of our players and spectators.  If you
have any questions, please contact Seaford Little League at

in that every firefighter is trained and expected to perform all functions, from Engine and Truck

As residents of the Seaford community, Seaford Hook, Ladder & Engine Company #1 members
devote significant time and energies above and beyond responding to emergencies by sponsoring
and/or assisting with a wide range of community events.
From our greenest probationary members, to our longest-serving and honorary members (we recently
regaled six members for their 50+ years of service with the Company), our pride in membership is
That pride is evident every day, whether competing under the SFD banner in drill team tournaments
or softball games, or protecting property and saving lives.
